Massages will incorporate a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myotherapy, Energetic Myofascial, and other techniques. A firm but gentle flowing pressure is used to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Fragrance-free oil and lotion will be used.
Cranial Sacral Unwinding is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork. A gentle touch is used to manipulate the musculoskeletal and connective tissue to release stress and restrictions in the body, to achieve proper flow of the cerebrospinal fluid, and to improve the function of the central nervous system. You may experience a release of emotional or physical trauma. This is a clothed modality.
Reiki, an ancient form of Japanese energy healing, comes from two Japanese words: ‘Rei’ meaning universal & ‘Ki’ which loosely translates to life force energy. The practitioner draws in the energy, acting as a conduit, then allows it to flow to the client by placing their hands over/ on the body. The intention is to help create proper flow of energy through the body & remove any energy blocks caused by stagnant energy. This energy work treats the mind, body, spirit, and emotions.

Reflexology is based on the principle that an image of the body is represented on the feet, hands, ears, and face. The reflexologist applies pressure to specific reflex points connected to organs, muscles, joints, and overall systems of the body using thumb and finger techniques. These techniques can help bring balance back to the body and can achieve certain health-related goals.
This service focuses mostly on the reflex points of the feet. The points of the hands and face may also be worked.

Ear seeds (tiny metallic beads or seeds attached to small pieces of adhesive) are placed on specific points to help continue the treatment over several days. Did you know your pup can benefit from massage therapy? It can help with mental and physical ailments much like it can with humans. This is an in-your-home service only as I cannot have animals in my studio. There is a minimum price of $20 for each session. For each session, it will be $1 per minute. Since there are many factors in how well each furry companion will sit for their session I do not have select prices. Please contact me by email or text to schedule your dog a massage.
